2022 Boston University Presidential Scholarships for International Students

Each year, the Board of Admissions awards the Presidential Scholarship to our incoming first-year students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement.

In addition to being among our most academically talented students, Presidential Scholars demonstrate excellence beyond the classroom and are leaders in their schools and communities.

The Boston University Presidential Scholarships are awarded to eligible and outstanding students as $25,000 annually as support towards tuition and living stipends.

Scholarship Requirements:

To be considered for the Boston University Presidential Scholarships, you must:

• Be a first-year international student
• Demonstrate academic excellence
• Demonstrate excellence beyond the classroom and are leaders in their schools and communities.
• Meet the requiremets to study at the Boston University

Scholarship Duration and Reward

The scholarship is a $25,000 tuition scholarship and is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study at BU.

Method of Application

No additional essays or application forms are required. Students who wish to be considered for the Presidential Scholarship should submit their application and supporting credentials by December 1.
